XHTML code generation
Unless otherwise stated, the code snippets, blocks, or programs in this book use XHTML 1.1—not HTML. XHTML 1.1 is very similar to XHTML 1.0 Strict, and both XHTML 1.0 or 1.1 are somewhat similar to HTML 4.01 Strict. However, XHTML has some major differences from HTML 4.01 Strict.
